Thanks Gabriel. QES via Mobile ID depends on the mobile operator and SIM supporting Mobile ID — some eSIMs aren't yet provided for by Mobile ID, which is why the process can stall. Could you share with us your eSIM provider? Alternatively, you can use our Express QES flow which doesn’t require Mobile ID.
